The future of work is becoming more fluid, dynamic, and powered by the cloud with meeting experiences becoming more hybrid.
Our client wanted to embrace the changing work environment and saught to upgrade their current Telepresence room to a solution more immersive and fit-for-purpose. We had two objectives. Firstly, to ensure the room retained a premium feel. Secondly, to design a furniture solution to mirror and take advantage of a Microsoft Teams room front row layout; allowing participants appear at life-size scale and creating a sense of being in the same room – A Signature Teams Room.
What is a Signature Teams Room?
Signature Teams Rooms is designed to deliver an elevated hybrid meeting experience, fostering more
natural and immersive connections while enabling everyone in the meeting to feel included, represented,
and productive. The room follows a set of principles made real through a combination of Teams Rooms
software and hardware capabilities and room configuration guidance.

On the wall
- 105” Jupiter Pana display: Features 29:1 ratio display to deliver stunning visual presentations
and enhance the overall viewing experience in the room. - Poly E70 camera

- Sennheiser TeamConnect ceiling microphone
- QSC ceiling network loudspeakers: Two ceiling mounted power over ethernet speakers to
ensure exceptional audio quality during meetings.

Design and Consultation Process
The project was initiated with a design consultancy phase, including an assessment of the room’s layout and acoustics. Using room drawings renders, the team visualised the space to optimise equipment placement.
This process provided the Project Managers to visualise the final installation,giving room for adjustments to be requested, approvals to be made, and a precise project road map to be agreed on.
Manufacturing and Process
As an in-house deigner and manufacture of our technical furniture solutions, we were able to creat a Curved Bespoke Desk that perfectly suit our client’s requirement. The desk was made from, our heavy duty steel which provided a sturdy frame for the sleek-finish wood worktop.
We also included cable ports and trays for easy cale management which allowed seam;less integration of
the AV equippment required.
The Results
