Creating meeting spaces on the edge of mezzanine areas
Thomas Cook set out to invest in a plethora of new communication technologies throughout its Peterborough office, which situates over 1000 members of staff and now stands as the companies new corporate HQ.
The organisation contacted us to help install and provide simple yet versatile presentation systems and collaborative solutions. They wanted the solution to have with usability at all levels of the organisation remaining integral throughout.

The solution…
Dn order to construct an area which enhanced and amplified any existing methods of communication, we worked in collaboration with Saville Audio Visual and Thomas Cook to ensure the client’s exact requirements were met.
Within this large open plan office area which lacked in wall space we installed eight Digital Signage (DS) stands, each fitted with a Smart Board 8065i-G5- SMP – enabling each stand to be used for a multitude of tasks.
The Digital Signage stand set out to encourage and facilitate collaborative working and provide key focal points within the office. The DS Stands acted as neighbouring collaboration hubs which benefited the functionality of the office as each department had access to their own DS Stand for personal usage.
The DS Stand’s free standing design meant that they could be strategically placed to ensure optimum productivity throughout the office and all AV cables and wires were discreetly concealed within the tamper-proof body, eradicating any messiness and potential hazard, maintaining the sleek and elegant aesthetic.
